The Hazey Janes

The Hazey Janes are a four piece band from Dundee who play a very attractive brand of popular music much influenced by Country Rock. They will be playing an acoustic set at Montrose Folk Club. They recently played a similar acoustic set to considerable acclaim at the Woodlands Hotel Folk Club in Dundee.
The music of The Hazey Janes features stunning vocals and harmonies from their line-up which includes three vocalists. The first CD released by The Hazey Janes attracted very enthusiastic reviews from such as Mojo Magazine for the fine musicianship and innovative songs.
In July, The Hazey Janes headed back across the Atlantic to play three gigs at Pianos in New York, Union Hall in New York and Maxwell's in New Jersey.
On that trip, The Hazey Janes returned to the studios of Watermusic Recorders in Hoboken, New Jersey to finish their new record under producer, John Agnello.
Two of the members of The Hazey Janes are respectively a son and daughter of the acclaimed performer from Lochee, Michael Marra.
