Fribo

Fribo is a unique collaboration between three musicians from Norway, Scotland and England.
They are rapidly gaining recognition and acclaim for blending their own musical styles together with sensitivity and for the exuberant contemporary sounds and rhythms which they produce.
Fribo blends the beautiful Norwegian voice of Anne Sofie Linge Valdal, the rich Scottish fiddle playing of Sarah-Jane Summers and the guitar and vocals of Ewan Macpherson.
The sound of Fribo has become extremely popular. They are played regularly on the BBC Radio 3 programme, "Late Junction" and on "Global Gathering" on Radio Scotland, as well as on the Norwegian Number One Radio Station, NRK.
