Tommy O'Sullivan is one of the big stars of the Irish Folk Scene. He has a great voice, singing both his own material, traditional songs and the Irish contemporary repertoire.

Tommy O'Sullivan will be accompanied by fiddler, Chris Stout and harpist, Catriona MacKay, outstanding musicians in their own right. They are both members of the Orkney Band, Fiddlers Bid, as well as the five piece Chris Stout Band.

At the BBC Radio 2 Folk Awards earlier this year, Chris Stout was one of the four nominees for Musician of the Year. Catriona MacKay has recently released her own solo album on Greentrax Records to considerable critical acclaim.

This is probably a once only opportunity to hear three such outstanding performers and Stars of the Folk Scene playing together in the Angus area.
