This is certain to be one of the highlights of the Season.
Yet again this year, Martin Simpson was a multiple-award winner at the BBC Radio 2 Folk Awards. He received the accolade for Best Album and Best Original Song.
Martin Simpson is widely regarded as the finest guitarist currently performing on the UK scene.
He is also a very fine singer of a wealth of material ranging from American Blues and Gospel through to the traditional material of the British Isles.
