Emily Druce & Steve Jones

Emily Druce is widely regarded as the finest female singer currently operating on the UK Blues scene. Paul Jones, Radio 2's Blues Guru has been singing her praises.
Veteran US Blues Singer, Odetta, liked her so much that she leant her a piano player for her new CD.
Songs written my Emily herself come straight from the heart of Blues and Country, sounding fresh yet totally authentic. Her interpretations of pre-war Blues by such legends as Robert Johnson, Big Bill Broonzy and Memphis Minnie have delighted audiences at leading Blues events in Colne and Burnley as well as Folk & Guitar Festivals. Not since the days of the great English Blues Diva, the late Jo Ann Kelly, has a female Blues artist created such a stir.
Emily has been performing in a Duo since 2003 with Blues guitarist and guitar-maker, Steve Jones.
